Today was exactly as the title describes, a laid back day. I woke up, did some laundry, relaxed, skyped a little with my dad, and then went to a brief practice. It would be only prudent of me to take this valuable time and use it to my advantage for my blog viewers. So, I took my camera along and took some pictures. Included are the field itself, my Fiat Panda (which I am in the process of learning to drive because it is manual), and my Dominican roommate Luis. If you are waiting for your food fix, for dinner we had the local pizza (which is amazing), topped with ham, potatoes, and mozzarella buffola. It was highly recommended by the Californian teammate, who has been here for 6 years. Anyway, enjoy the pictures and hope everybody had a great day.
Also, my sister is worried that I am stealing her Italian trip thunder. So I feel it is only right to include her in this post. She should be home soon, but before she goes I will be visiting her in Florence. So for all our family members that read this blog, it will be a story full of Marmo Italian adventures.
